  • Do you ever work on holidays or stay late?

Special arrangements can be made for my clients if after hour or holiday appointments are needed.  Please ask.

 

  • Do you take walk in's?

Usually no, as 90% of my clients all pre-book their appointments.  So when I am working, there is very little time for me to take a walk in.  However, a quick text to me at 250-870-6171 letting me know what you need, I may be able to place you in that day, if there is an opening!

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

I accept cash or cheque and am now able to take credit card payments using the new "SQUARE" smart phone device (there is a 3% charge for this convenience).  I am not able to accept debit, however I will accept e-transfers if they are done before your or at the time of your appointment.

  • What guarantee can you give me?

I offer a guarantee for each of my services.  I stand behind my work and the products I use.  If I have gotten a complete and truthful consultation, I will determine the best route to go with your hair.  I will not do anything that will compromise the health of your hair, period.  If I say I won't do a particular treatment then there is probably a reason for it.  Ask me specifically during your consultation on the guarantee I can offer with the service you are wanting to receive, as everyone is an individual. I will give you as much information as you will need to make a comfortable decision on what products, services and treatments may suit you best. Professional products used at home will make the guarantee easier to give.

  • Do you ever give discounts on your Services
-Post Graduate Students & Adult Students will receive 20% off my regular service price.  Valid student ID must be shown for the discount.

 -Senior Citizens who are the age of 65 or older will receive 20% off my regular service price.

 -Clients who submit photo's of themselves for use on this site will be awarded a $10 Coupon to be used towards any service with me.  The requirements of this photo are that you must have have your hair cut and/or colored by me.  I'm looking for happy pictures like when a candid photo was taken at your Xmas party, wedding, or grad etc. 

 

  • Is there Client Parking at the Salon?

No there is no designated parking for clients at the salon.  However, there is PAY parking directly in front of the salon on Groves Avenue, and all day long PAY parking on Tutt Street.  It's $1.25 for an hour.

 

 

 

  • Do you have wheel chair access?

Unfortunately no, as the salon is on the second floor one has to climb the stairs.  I am willing to do on location work for clients who are unable to make the trek upstairs.

 

  • What are you policies about cancelled or missed appointments?

Last minute cancellations are subject to a "NO SHOW" fee.  This is an unfortunate policy that had to be implemented as I have a large volume of clients on cancellation notification.  Given adequate notice I can fill a cancelled appointment with one or more clients that are waiting.  Last minute cancellations cannot be filled and that precious appointment time is lost.  I require at least 12 hours notice for a cancellation.
